Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: On-sale items and items purchased with discounts are NON-refundable, and    are only eligible for a same product size-exchange.

In the case of an return, we send the courier to pick up the item first then we can refund the product amount to your wallet.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for bearing any additional shipping fees when exchanging or returning.

If the product received is damaged/defective/does not match what was requested, then we offer a full refund or a free replacement (as desired)
